It took more than a year since the introduction of the law, but now it is finally here: almost every non-EU national can obtain a 10+10-year residence permit for Hungary within about two months. For themselves and their family.
To do so, an investment in an approved Hungarian real estate fund is necessary. This money is therefore not spent, but merely invested.
This residence permit fulfills several objectives, but in particular:
Free entry and exit without additional visas for the whole family.
Freedom to leave your home country at any time if necessary.
Extensive rights in Hungary, such as founding companies or taking up gainful employment.
Your children can attend state schools for free if you move to Hungary. There are no restrictions on your freedom, and there is no minimum length of stay.
If you move to Hungary, you will benefit from record-low taxes (income tax: 15%, corporate tax: 9%).
